VALERIE NEENAN is one of those abundantly-talented women Cape Cod seems to breed and nurture in numbers. It was her beautifully decorated antique pieces which convinced us to open ARTSHIP to this genre, however each of her pieces is 1-of-a-kind and totally unique, and cannot be compared in any way to the mass-produced "country" pieces being sold elsewhere. Valerie has not only mastered the reproduction of animals and nature, but goes a step beyond - when Valerie paints a cat, this is everybody's cat, and reminds us poignantly of why we love cats.
