Bruce Ingraham Ingraham's work cannot be neatly categorized, except that it is well outside of the mainstream, intensely instinctive and unpredictable. The sculpture is humorous on the surface, yet vaguely disturbing in the way that the flotsam of human use-old ironing-boards, janitor brooms, shoe lasts, hardware-accent and symbolize rather than identify, challenging the viewer's familiarity with self and environment.
